A Stupid Kid

I know this is old but I just had the misfortune of watching it. THE MOST ANNOYING STUPIDEST KID EVER!

Now don't get me wrong. I HATE SAUDI! But what I hate more is alflsfah from a Saudi. And so I am here today, putting my OB book aside and proving him stupid.

Luckily, just a couple of days ago I got all nostalgic, played with my dolls and read an old Winnie the Pooh book which I got from guess where? AMERICA TDAH DAH DAH. So let us tackle this stupid kid's arguments and send him to his daddy crying.

1. I'm pretty sure the man's name is Mimon not Lemon. Fucking learn how to read.
2. Really you never read an English book that was "s5eef"? I beg to disagree. How to Catch a Heffalump was the stupidest shit ever. Winnie the Pooh is insanely dumb and the whole time I was rereading the book I was thinking: how the fuck did I loved him when I was little? Child, you just don't read much. In every language there are the lame books and the good ones. You just have to pick the right ones which also must be age appropriate. Maybe the "crazy book" you were referring to was for younger midgets. Like the Winnie the Pooh book. It was definitely not targeted to amuse the 20 something bored girl who would do anything to avoid studying.
3. You judge a book by the number of pages? It's quality not quantity but what can I say you are a Saudi.
4. Stupid dad, heard of Bambi? The mother dies. It's OK. Kids can handle death. You don't want your child exposed to this kind of tragedy, read the fucking book before giving it to him.
5. "How can you actually buy a new mom?...". I bet you this is not a concept created by Arabs. Watch Trading Mom there's a market where you can actually buy a new mom. The horror.
6. "You only have one mom who is dead. So you have to actually just grow up and then just marry something...". A) That's mean. B) That's your solution? To just marry "something"? Like what a sex doll?
7. Wow his favourite dinosaur is the one who looks like an insect. Good choice. NOT!

I blame the dad. His kid is nothing special and just as bad as Rebecca Black.

P.S: I'm not defending Arabic literature. It sucks.

Oscars 2011

Better late than never, right? Anyway I don't have much to say. Except this year wasn't very impressive movie wise, red carpet dresses nor the Oscar ceremony itself.

The Fighter is so over rated. It's an OK movie. And if anyone should have been given an Oscar for their performance in it, it's Amy Adams, not Christian Bale because Geoffrey Rush - from The King's Speech- deserved it more and definitely not Melissa Leo.

I'm very happy for Colin Firth. Well deserved. And plus I have been in love with him since forever. Even when he was given lame stupid roles, I loved him.

Natalie Portman, although the movie wasn't that great but her acting was top notch. Absolutely beautiful and well deserved.

As for the Oscars presenters this year, James Franco and Anne Hathaway, they were eih. What's up with Anne changing her dresses? If they were beautiful I would have understood but ... James was a total cookie, no? Miss you Hugh Jackman.

If I were Mandy, I would be very upset with myself after this performance. Her vocals were just off. Zack did a better job and he's not a singer.

On another Tangled note, don't we just love the thief? Charming chap. But I can't help thinking the princess could have done better. Of course she would love him, she never saw another human being and he is charming. And of course he would love her, she is pure hearted and I don't know a princess with magical hair. BUT Disney why are you teaching little girls to settle? I loved the movie and I wished Flynn/Eugene was real so I better just shut up.

Now the gowns, ugly was very in in this red carpet walk. But I won't bother with that.

It's 3:05 am. I should be asleep but I'm not. School will start tomorrow AGAIN! There was something that I wanted to blog about 5 minutes ago that I don't seem to remember now. Hmm should I just close the window? Or should I write whatever mumble jumble that creeps into my head until I remember?

I'll start my pshychiatry rotation in a few hours. First week is back on the medical campus, not the hospital. Which means it'll suck. People here are freaks. From the security low lives to the administrators or whomever they are to the girls.

Remember when I said female medical students are hot and not as ugly as everyone is saying. Well, I take it back. Apparently it was just my year and the year older that are hot. The new girls are scary. It's not that they are just not pretty but - I think- because they went to the main girls campus so some of the scary girls habbits rubbed on them. You know like full make up at 8 am, crazy make up colors that clashes with your tone. It's kinda mostly the make up thing. I can't think of anything else. Bottom line is, I don't like them. Let the hate mail begin.

What is it about our generation that thinks every freaking thought we have is important and should be documented? We blog, facebook, twitter and God knows what else is out there. By the way that question is totally inspired or rephrased from a movie that I recently saw, which I think is The Social Network or Easy A. Can't remember.

Back to the question. Really what is it? You just read the amount of blah that I wrote above. It'll probably do more harm than good. So why did I write it? Cuz I thought of it and I must share it with the world? Cuz maybe there is someone out there who thinks the same and so I won't feel so alone? Cuz it's a very important piece of information that might save your life? Probably not the last one.

And what is it with the location websites like Foursquare and Gowalla? Why would your friends care where you are or what are you doing?

I think businesses somehow benefit from them. Keeping track of whom are their clients or something. I once checked in Uno and they tweeted that they were happy that I'm there and what did I order for lunch? Yes, I admit I used them cuz they help me find places and cuz everyone was doing so. Damn you peer pressure.

But seriously, people -not stalkers- don't need to know where the hell you are. So why use them? To shove your awesome life at your friends' faces?

I'm not asking because I want us to stop. Hell that's what awesome about our generation. We are always out there. I'm asking cuz it's 3:55 am and I have nothing better to do. I probably should not hit the publish button. Öp öp öp öp.

Hola amigos. The school year started on Saturday and I really hoped I'd write a witty post of my first day of the fifth year in medical school but I guess that won't be happening. It was tiring, scary and super boring.

I have started my family medicine rotation, I really hope it passes by pleasantly. Today we were supposed to go to a primary health clinic to see it in action. But we waited from 7:30 am to 9-ish and the buses didn't come, so the visit got cancelled for today. Not that I am complaining, cuz I don't really feel like going but I had to wake up extra early for this. The silly thing on my way from the hospital to the campus to attend some lectures, I saw this

So the buses and drivers are present at campus, but we didn't go. Why is that? My friend said maybe because the windows aren't shaded. Which normally would be far fetched but this is KAU and we are in Saudi. So yeah maybe. Could you imagine the horror. Girls in a bus and guys can see them! :/

On a more pleasant subject, I saw Vampires Suck and it is hilarious you will laugh your ass out all through out the movie. They really nailed twilight. Seriously a must watch! xD

Who Am I To U?

Yesterday I got this broad cast on my BBm: "Who Am I To U?" Ur answer must be a title of a movie. Forward this to all of your friends and see all the funny replies you get :D

I forwarded it and man how much did I laugh. What people replayed was:

1. Breakfast at Tiffany's from my bestie. She was the first to replay and I loved it cuz Audrey is so like me in this movie.
2. Another friend said I'm like Gossip Girl or The Little Mermaid. I told her to take the later back cuz I hate Ariel LOL. The girl don't know me very well, so it is OK. :P
3. The Princess and the Frog.
4. Pirates of the Caribbean. But I'm sure my friend picked it cuz she thinks I look like Keira. None the less, I love it & I love Keira in this movie.
5. Gone with the Wind. My friend thinks I'm a lot like Scarlett. And it is 90% accurate. I'm less crazy LOL. And Rhett Butler is the most perfect guy for me *sigh*

7. There is Something About Marry, but she changed Marry to CoOkie.
8. Scream. :S
9. Little Lolo. Cuz I'm just too cute.

Law Abiding Citizen

I just saw Law Abiding Citizen. And its Oh emm gee amazing! Got some mixed feelings about it though. So watch out *some serious spoiler alert*

Dear Clyde,

At 1st I was all in with you Clyde. Justice must be served for the sake of your girl and wife. Even when you killed more than the killers, I was OK with that. The corrupted, twisted freaking system NEEDED a lesson! But baby, when I learned that your job was to plan murders for people the government wanted to get rid of, I had a change of heart. It's kinda of hypocritical. And in away what happened to your family was just pay back. But after awhile I changed my mind back, screw the system, everyone who's making it be and you. If not for your daughter and wife, then for the other people that were screwed by this injustice.

The Oscars ♥

It's the time of the year where Miss Smart CoOkie thinks its time to ditch medical school and head to Hollywood BABY!!

P.S: I was excited about writing this post while I was watching the Oscars. But half way through it, I lost my Internet connection. Now, I'm not so excited.

So how was it? First I miss Hugh Jackman. He was so much funnier plus sexier. :P

Second, that bitch - Gorge Clooney's date- is so fucking annoying. I want to slap her!

Wasn't Ben Stiller hilarious? Or wasn't he hilarious? LOL loved him.

I loved it when Sandra Bullock won. Not that I wasn't sure she was the one to win. But how she reacted was so CUTE! Congrats you really deserved it ♥

Kathryn Bigelow was incredibly cute too. I'm so happy she won. First best director female, such an accomplishment. Have you noticed when she won her ex-husband -the director of Avatar- was smiling and apparently happy for her, although he too was nominated for the award. But when her movie The Hurt Locker won, he was very upset cuz his movie lost. I thought it was interesting LOL.

It wasn't much of a surprise of whom won from the actors and actresses. But the Best picture, wohaa. The Hurt Locker. Never heard of it before. And I don't like this kind of movies. But I must see it now.



What next? Ahh the dresses. Those are my favorite.

I just saw the Princess and the Frog. And oh how I'm in love with prince Naveen. I know perfect timing. It's Valentines day.

He's soooooo cute, charming and adorable. Even as a FROG! Those eyes aww! Prince Beast please step aside your not my number one Disney prince anymore.

The Time Travele's Wife

Yesterday I saw it and all I could think of is: where is my time traveler?
I don't wanna be the time traveler, cuz I don't like the idea of suddenly finding myself naked in an unknown place. But a cute dude coming out of nowhere, that is very fine & welcomed by me LOL.

Oh its so cute but also so sick.I don't think that people who didn't like The Curious Case of Benjamin Button will like this one.

I loved the movie and I really wished I read the book first.

Food & Blogs The Ultimate Combo

I'm in such a blessed state of joy al 7mdullah. I just watched Julie & Julia and it just made me mellow down in to my soul.

I am completely & utterly in love with this movie. I mean whats there not to love? Food? Love. books & writing? Love. Blogs? Love. Sweet romance? Love. Meryl Streep? LOVE!



Mryel was such a delight. So funny & dramatic. Loved her performance to bits & pieces. And she & her husband were so cute together. I loved them. And when he said " Julia your the butter to my bread & the breath to my life" I was speechless. Isn't that the most romantic thing ever? ♥

On the other hand I seriously disliked this Julie person. And I don't think Amy Adam was a good match, she's far too cute & nice to play her. Why did I dislike her? Well I have read that she has mentioned in her 2nd book that she cheated on her husband while she was doing the Julie & Julia thing. If he is as half as sweet & considerate as in the movie, how could she?

What else? Oh the food was awesome. I'm so in the mood to cook. Oh scratch that I mean EAT! You know its one of my dreams to go to France & learn how to cook professionally. =]
I also want to go to Europe. Eat & shop my way through it. I've only been to 3 European countries. I so badly want to visit the rest. Now preferably. =]

Anyway, I have to go to bed ASAP. I have a very early, busy morning tomorrow. And I'm very out of the ordinary scared. I hope I do well. I'll bore you & tell you all about it later. For now wish me luck & Bon appetit. =]

The Ugly Truth

Just watched The Ugly Truth and Ouch. I still have a smirk on my face. I loved it. it's my favourite kind of blind, funny, sexy and romantic.

And Eric Winter, the orthopedic surgeon that she wants to land, is such a hottie. Yummy.

The ugly truth is there aren't many cute doctors out there. It's just a TV myth. But it's not like women care about their looks. Once they hear the word doctor they go insane. LOL. The uglier truth is that doesn't apply to female doctors. :P

But I must set the record straight. I know many people think & say that female doctors & medical students are unattractive & sloppy. It's OK I fell for it too. But now I have learned that it's just a myth set by a jelous girl who didn't get into medical school. Seriously we are smoking hot!

We study in a different campus than the other girls. I have been there, wallah we are so much better looking and we put so much less make up. And once my friend told me she showed our pics to one of her friends & she was shocked of how beautiful we looked & didn't believe that we are medical students. The fact that we are not always out & about socializing with people doesn't mean we are ugly. You just forgot how we look. :P

Oh hold your pants. Don't get offended. I'm just defending the weaker species. My species.

The beautiful truth is we, all girls are gorgeous. =]

X-Men Origins Wolverine

First of all I'm a huge HUGE fan of the X-men series. And today FINALLY I saw X-Men Origins Wolverine and it was AWESOME. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. And no I'm not just saying that cuz my future lovey is the star. :P

Yeah I LOVE Hugh Jackman.

I also love Reyan Renolds and he's in the movie too. Yaay. But he was pretty mush scarry at the end.

I wasn't a big fan of who played Gambit. He's my favirote X-men and this guy isn't hot enough to play him. I hope they change him in the next movie LOL.

Frankly My Dear I don't Give a Damn

Just watched Gone With the Wind for the millionth time. It's my all time fav =] .

Anywho my sis Moon joined me near the ending and I dont know if she forgot it or never really saw it before, but her reaction was: WHAT THE FUCK ? and I went like yeah I know I hate the ending, so stupid but she was a real bitch to him.

Then she said: who cares, eish al nhaya al M3O8AH HADY??

Hey, its been a long time since I wrote something here. Don’t worry u haven’t missed much :p
Any way I was feeling really shitty the past couple of days. u see my driver went home and I made so many plans for this summer and yeah now I cant do none of them.. life sux for a girl in Saudi without a car T_T. Oh and another fucking thing is I'm not traveling, wooha life is only getting better LOL. And u know what I did to make myself feel better I went n watched "Doubt". Ummm I don’t know it made me feel worse, confused and really fuckin annoyed. U know y? its cuz u don’t really know :S n I hate that, I MUST KNOW :@. So I spent another day in a black, blue mood thanks to my amazing timing to watch that movie" yaay me" .
Today thank god I came back to my senses and decided to watch a more cheerful movie so I watched "Yes Man" ( it was the only movie I have that wasn’t depressing). Any way I REALLY LIKED the movie. I know lots of ppl r saying its lame and Jim Carrey is repeating himself and is becoming boring. But I think NOT :P.
I want to be a yes girl so bad but life is against me and I CANT!! I HATE LIFE !! I have lost the well to live. Please if I was ever in ventilator just unplug me. I'm not saying that cuz I'm now depressed, I've thought about it before lots of times and I made my mind. I'm blabbing nonsense now bs I don’t care u don’t have to read if u don’t want to.
Another thing, yesterday I was checking some other blogs and I found one that I really love. I kept reading and reading. This lady is so open and honest and she speaks her mind, talk about every single intimate detail of her life and I find it so amazing and refreshing cuz I'm so bottled up I cant even do that with my closest friends or family. Mom says I'm gonna get sick cuz of that but who cares boho. I'm blabbering again.
Any way I've decided to do the thing in my mind even though everything is against me right now. cuz I'm a yes girl now *wink wink* LOL. Wish me luck o inshallah I really do it mo bs klam XD.
OOh now I remember another reason for me being blue, its that I removed my braces after 16 months and the result wasn’t like I wanted T_T and my brother made me miss the appointment that I had with my doc before he leaves on vacation to scream at him and maybe if things didn’t go my way murder him so I'm stuck was my teeth for another month errrrrrr. Oh and another thing my teeth was tiny winy thingy out of place before the braces. But I still did it cuz I fucking wanted a perfect teeth n my fucking friend said yes do it, u need it. After the 16 months only a tiny changed which leaves the winy which means it isn't fucking perfect. Oh n guess what when I told that fucking friend she told me quit being a brat your teeth didn’t need braces in the first place :@
